Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store remains organized, stocked, and clean, while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies while upholding document security and data confidentiality.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and various equipment.
- Capable of general cleaning duties and following company procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
