Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently and neatly.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate cash registers accurately and follow company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and operate equipment like cash registers and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
