Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
