Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in inventory monitoring, cash handling, and general store maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
