Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operational knowledge of cash registers and store equipment.
• Capability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
