We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment. You will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Salary: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-organized displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash handling policies, and follow company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in cashier operations and equipment handling
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
