Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining a neat and organized store environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
• Stock shelves with merchandise and ensure displays are orderly.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts.
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
