Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and offers exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies, uphold document security, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Work effectively in a team or independently with attention to detail.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
