Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. As a key member of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and store upkeep
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years+
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Previous retail experience is a plus
