Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance

• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and essential store equipment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
