Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and report feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail and operating cash registers is preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies, operate equipment, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
