Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate with team members, demonstrate professionalism, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
