Job Description
As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store remains well-organized, clean, and delivers exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and stocking products to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash handling procedures, and adhere to company policies.
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
- Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
