Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi! As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and customer-friendly store environment. You'll provide exceptional customer service, operate the cash register efficiently, and collaborate with team members and management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively, and provide feedback to the management team.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
