Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring that products are stocked and displayed neatly.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize cash losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
