We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking, and providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
- Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
