Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to a positive work environment and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and maintain document security
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safely operate equipment as required
• Adherence to cleaning standards and company procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Meet local requirements for alcohol sales if applicable

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience considered
