Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
