Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient merchandising and stocking operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members to assist customers and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and provide feedback on product quality and issues.
• Operate cash registers and various equipment to support store operations.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash registers efficiently.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
