Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, assisting customers, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all. This position offers a starting wage of $18.50 per hour for 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Skilled in interpreting and applying company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
