Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Key Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory and report any issues to management
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
