Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safely operate equipment
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
