Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
• Combination of education and experience is suitable.
