Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
