Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate our core values, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on product quality, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and uphold security measures.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization as per company standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
