Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in retail is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
