Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and play a key role in maintaining exceptional customer service and store operations. As a Store Associate, you'll handle merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and ensuring the store's overall appearance meets ALDI's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Ability to perform general cleaning duties and adhere to company policies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Physical ability to handle merchandising tasks and lift up to 45 pounds.
• State and local alcohol selling requirements must be met.
