We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store remains organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management processes and adhere to company cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
