Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays organized.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
