Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) on a consistent basis.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks and following company procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to the role.
