Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate where you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other store issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Able to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
