Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
