Job Description

Aldi is seeking a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for all customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality.
  • Complete other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of meeting cleaning standards and interpreting company policies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
