We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold confidentiality of data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
