Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will help enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures, policies, and uphold data security

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Ability to interpret and apply company guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
