Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Maintain organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Educational background and experience will be considered.
