Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure the store functions smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members
- Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback to management
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Operate a cash register efficiently
- Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
