Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and the shopping experience is enhanced. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance during the shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with the management team.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
