Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues or inconsistencies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
