Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create a superior shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail and operating a cash register preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
