Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's merchandise is well-stocked, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, ensuring a well-organized store environment.

• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer purchases accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
