Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
