Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members to uphold ALDI's high standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer transactions, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Skilled in handling operational equipment and performing cleaning duties.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow company policies.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
