Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Perform cashier responsibilities, stock shelves, and organize merchandise displays.
• Contribute to store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide prompt customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
