Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic retail environment and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and uphold cash handling procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential retail environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for handling alcoholic beverages.
