Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to provide exceptional service. This position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
