Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain tidy merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow company policies ensuring security and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
