We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Help monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
