Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members, handle cash transactions, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Process customer purchases, provide assistance, and address customer inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash procedures, and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
