Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the ALDI team. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure the store's tidiness and organization.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work both independently and within a team.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
